The winners of the costume competition were announced during the gala affair. The Best National Costume Award went to Miss Panama, Diana Broce, (photo) whose costume depicted the Panamanian “Diablico Sucio”. In 2nd place was the costume of Miss Nicaragua, Indiana Sanchez and placing third was the costume of Miss Thailand Chutima Durongdej.
